IMG_1598So we all know how we feel on Monday. Everyone gets the Monday blues, the I can’t be bothered feeling! Today I am going to show you have to do a quick, easy and cheap meal that you can try at some point.

IMG_1584You will need:

1/2 Naan Breads

1 Onion

1 Pepper

The first steps you’ll will need to do is sprinkle water onto the naans. After you have done this you will want to put them onto a metal rack. Make sure that you set your oven to 225 and the timer to 10 minutes. Now get your tomato puree and spread as evenly as possible over the two naan’s breads.

Next you will then need to get your chopped up garlic and sprinkle over the two naan’s, now don’t worry it doesn’t have to be perfect!

Next you will want to get the rest of your ingredients, putting the onions, peppers, tomatoes and pepperoni and lastly the cheese across both naan breads. Now you want to put the tray into the oven, if the timer has gone off then you will want to set it to 15 minutes.

Once your timer has gone off, they are ready to take out, and they will look like these to pizza’s. Dish them up onto a plate with your choice of sides, whether its a nice salad or some oven chips and then they are ready eat!

Now I hope that you enjoyed my recipe and remember you don’t have to use the ingredients that I used you can change it to match your preference!

Thank you for reading my post! 🙂
